Shipping Returns

Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. We currently only ship to US addresses. (Internationals, please stay tuned!)

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. The finer print:

  • We must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

We will process your return and issue a store credit or refund within 5 business days of receiving your item. For refunds to the original form of payment, pixiedusk will deduct $10 to cover return shipping and handling. This charge is waived for returns for store credit.

Processing your return

  1. Complete the contact us form, selecting “return request” as the subject field. Enter your order number and type of refund requested (store credit or original form of payment). 
  2. Securely repackage your item.
  3. We will email you a return label within 3 business days. Once you receive your return label, print it out, attach it to the shipping box, and drop it off at your local post office.
  4. Once we receive your item, we will process your return and issue a store credit or refund within 5 business days.
